How do I create a Redskins Official Online Store account?
Your account can be created at any time by selecting the "My Account" button at the top of the screen or you can easily set up an account at checkout.
You will be required to provide your name and email address to open an account. We will not disclose, sell, or rent your personal account information to anyone unless required to do so by law.
Opening an account with the Washington Redskins Official Online Store will allow you to check the status of your order, receive sales and promotional offers, and save your billing information for future purchases.
Please note that your existing Washington Redskins Official Online Store login and password will need to be recreated the first time that you log into the new Washington Redskins Official Online Store.
How do I edit my account information?
Your personal account information that was created in "My Account" can be modified at any time by logging into "My Account" and clicking the "Change" link underneath the information you wish to change.
What is my password?
When you open up your account in "My Account" you will be able to create a personalized password.
In the event that you forget your password, click on the "Forgot My Password" link located in "My Account". Your password will be sent to the email address that we have on record.
What do I do if my account is locked?
Your account will automatically lock if the incorrect password is entered too many times. If this happens to you, please contact storeerrors@redskins.com for assistance.
