What is the status of my order? The Washington Redskins Official Online Store offers a number of easy options to check the status of your order.
Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been submitted. We will also send you a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped.
Official Online Store Status Feature: This is the easiest and quickest method to get the most recent information about your orders that have been placed. How do I track my order? Once our warehouse process your order, a FedEx or US Postal Service tracking number is assigned to your package. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package has been checked into the carrier facility. This means that although the package has left our warehouse and is in route to you, the tracking information may not immediately appear on the carrier's website. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to track your order. You may also track your order by accessing the "Order Status " page.
Can I make a change or cancel my order after it has been submitted? We're sorry; orders can not be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. We process orders immediately and once an order begins the order fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and hope that in most cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are not able to be fulfilled by our system. This may occur if the product is not available, if there is difficulty in processing your payment, or if we are unable to ship to the address provided. If your order is unable to be processed, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any items that can't be shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Department for recommendations on alternative products.
What if my product becomes out of stock? The Washington Redskins Official Online Store uses real time stock validation. Thus, products that are posted on the online store should be available. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand or limited availability, the remaining products in your order will be shipped.
Are you missing an item from your order? Please check the packing slip that was included with your order. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple packages, which would be indicated on the packing slip for your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
